5. Cancellations & Changes
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, staff availability).
- Where possible, cancelled sessions will be rescheduled or credited.
- Participants must provide notice if they are unable to attend a session; however, missed sessions may not be refunded.
6. Health & Safety
- All participants must be physically fit to take part in cheerleading activities.
- Any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns must be disclosed prior to participation.
- Participants agree to follow all coaching instructions and safety guidelines at all times.
7. Code of Conduct
- Athletes, parents, and guardians are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches, staff, and other participants.
- Bullying, disruptive behaviour, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from sessions.
8. Photography & Media
- We may take photos or videos during sessions for promotional purposes.
- By participating, you consent to the use of such media unless you notify us in writing otherwise.
9. Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought to sessions.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Participation in cheerleading activities carries inherent risks.
- We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained except where caused by our negligence.
