We want you to love your Fusion merch! If there’s ever an issue, here’s how returns and refunds work:
Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery/collection for an exchange or refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging where possible.

Personalised or custom items (with names, numbers, etc.) cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days once we’ve received and checked the item.

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return costs.

If you simply change your mind or need a different size, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
Exchanges

We’re happy to swap sizes or styles if stock is available.

If the item you’d like isn’t in stock, we’ll offer a refund or credit.
