We want you to love your Fusion merch!  If there’s ever an issue, here’s how returns and refunds work:

Returns

• Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery/collection for an exchange or refund.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags/packaging where possible.

• Personalised or custom items (with names, numbers, etc.) cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days once we’ve received and checked the item.

• If the item is faulty or incorrect, we’ll cover return costs.

• If you simply change your mind or need a different size, return postage is the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges

• We’re happy to swap sizes or styles if stock is available.

• If the item you’d like isn’t in stock, we’ll offer a refund or credit.

How to return

• Email us at admin@fusioncheerleaders.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.

• We’ll confirm next steps and where to send your item.

• Once received, we’ll process your exchange/refund as quickly as possible.

⚡ Quick note: Fusion merchandise is ordered in batches — so if you’re exchanging sizes, it may mean waiting until the next order window. We’ll always keep you updated.
